1. About Us
The Cyber Nugget (Pty) Ltd (“CBNIT”) provides VoIP, Internet (Fibre & LTE), IT, and related digital services. By using our services or accessing www.cybernt.co.za, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Use of Services
- All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis.
- Clients must use services lawfully and responsibly.
- CBNIT reserves the right to suspend services in cases of misuse or illegal activity.
3. VoIP Services, RICA & Security
- VoIP quality depends on internet stability, power availability, and hardware.
- Emergency calling may not function during outages.
- RICA documentation is mandatory under South African law.
- Accounts without valid RICA may be suspended until compliant.
- VoIP services may not be used for fraud, spam, abuse, or illegal activities.
- Clients remain liable for all usage and charges on their accounts.
4. Third-Party Hardware & Softphone Applications
- Clients may use third-party phones or softphone apps at their own discretion.
- CBNIT cannot guarantee compatibility, performance, or reliability of third-party solutions.
- Support for third-party hardware or software is limited.
- Additional support charges may apply for third-party configuration or troubleshooting.
5. Internet Services (Fibre & LTE)
- CBNIT targets 99.9% uptime, excluding maintenance and force majeure events.
- Speeds are best-effort and may vary.
- LTE services depend on network coverage and signal strength.
6. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are valid for the stated period or 7 days if unspecified.
- Prices are subject to change due to supplier or exchange rate variations.
- Errors and omissions excluded (E&OE).
7. Payments, Late Fees & Reconnection
- Payment is due by the invoice due date.
- Accounts overdue by 7 days may be suspended without notice.
- A late payment fee may apply.
- A reconnection fee applies once services are restored.
- R60 administrative fee applies to cash deposits.
- Goods and services remain the property of CBNIT until paid in full.
8. Cancellations
- One full calendar month’s written notice is required.
- Cancellations must be sent to support@cybernt.co.za.
9. Returns & Refunds
- Correctly supplied goods returned within 48 hours incur a 20% handling fee.
- Prepaid and usage-based services are non-refundable.
10. Data Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for backing up all critical data.
- CBNIT is not liable for data loss, corruption, or downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
CBNIT’s liability is limited to the value of services paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Privacy & POPIA
CBNIT processes personal information in compliance with POPIA and applicable South African law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
